Delivery & Shipping Options
Our Shipping Policy
At Big Sky Images, we will adhere to the best quality guidelines when shipping your product. Should you receive your package from us with damages, please contact us immediately.
Within 24-48 Hours of receipt of your order, our company will ship your products to the address you provide during checkout. We will ship only to the Continental United States, however, shipping outside the Continental United States may be available by contacting our office at (406) 399-6522. Any items you wish to ship outside of this area require pre-approval. Please contact our office and we will be happy to help determine the shipping ability of the item.
Shipping Companies
Big Sky Images and Collectibles ships via USPS, UPS or FedEx. We feel these three companies give you the best quality service and handling of your products. Should you require truck-shipment on an item, pre-approval must be made at our store before checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Dependent upon the company we use at the time of shipping, you will be sent a tracking number that you can use to track your order from our office to your destination.
In-Store Pickup
Big Sky Images welcomes any in-store pickup of the items you purchase. Please notify us if you choose to do so. Our store is located at the Havre Holiday Village Mall Shopping Center - 1753 US Highway 2 NW - Suite #8 - Havre, Montana 59501. Our store hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 12 to 5 p.m.
